About Wan Lim

My name is Wan, I am passionate and driven to help everyone I can in buying and selling real estate. Just a little bit about me, I graduated Colorado State University with a degree in Hospitality Management, I love trying new things whether it be food or adventure, and of course am head over heels for anything having to do with real estate. Coming from a background in the hospitality industry, I love talking, being around, and most importantly helping people. What’s life without people! Always keeping my eyes out for new experiences, traveling is a large part of my life. I am fortunate enough to have gone where I have but this is something that will never stop. Hand in hand with traveling, engulfing myself into new cultures, foods, and activities that are new, unique, or even something everyone has already done with burn inside me forever. Living life to the fullest should be my middle name (instead its Nicholas). In the end, I am lucky to be born in one of the greatest states in America. As a Colorado native, I don’t know any place better. Having been to places across the globe, a little part of me always misses home and will always bring me right back to The Mile High City. For many, real estate is one of the largest transactions of their lives. I am simply here to hand the keys to some ecstatic new homeowners or help hammer in a fresh new “home for sale” sign in a yard. Either way, nothing is more gratifying than helping you find your perfect home, or selling the house which stands between you and your perfect paradise.
